You know how to Kazoo don't you? You just put your lips together and hum (with apologies to Lauren Bacall). I'm not sure that this is the approved way to play a kazoo. But then seeing what other people make of them it's not the worst thing you could do with them. I thought the stealth Kazoo was pretty pointless but I can definitely see a use for the electric and midi kazoos which I believe are used by the Kazoo Funk Orchestra and are sold by Kazooka or kazoobie.
